Cricket Resume - Nico Adams

I am a left arm orthodox bowler with average variety and good control. I am a genuine wicket taker.
I spent most of my Junior Career as a bat and handy bowler, but on changing to Queen's Park Cricket Club I found myself as a lower order batsman and a strike bowler bowler. Since then I have managed to post a number of 30's and 40's when given the opportunity with the bat and on a number of occasions taken 5 wicket or more in an innings as the strike bowler. I am considered as one of the most improved cricketers in the club.
To me cricket is a way of life and one in which I gain great pleasure.

Current Career With Queen's Park
Currently I have played over 60 games with Queen's Park Cricket Club.
Most of these games have been played in the 2nd XI at around 30 and the other 30 between 3rd XI and 4th XI.
I started at Queen's Park Cricket Club as an 15yro and played my first 4th Eleven game in the same year.
I also have had the honour of playing in the semi finals in the Gary Sobers tournament in 2011 where we lost to an English team.
What I can offer a club
In the line of playing, I can offer quality and experience as a spin bowler with varieties. Also I can offer my services as a lower order run scoring batsman and an average fieldsman in close and in the outfield.
In other lines I am a leader in the way I go about the game of cricket and my work ethic, on and off the field. I can offer good advice to any younger players that might need or seek advice and I'm willing to take advice myself.
Extras that I can offer
I am the type of person who loves to be involved around a club. I attend all social function and am always willing to assist in anyway that I can, even if that is by helping out with a side that I am not currently playing in.
